Milestone Custom Homes will construct the welcome center and model home in the new Hartness Community on the east side of Greenville. Milestone is one of four Approved Professional Builders in the Hartness Builder’s Guild, which includes Hollison Custom Homes, Dillard-Jones Builders, and Stoneledge Properties.
The Hartness Community is a 440 acre development near SC14 and Roper Mountain Road. The community will feature 180 acres of green space, 15 miles of trails connecting woodlands, lakes, streams, wildlife and shared recreational areas. Also included will be a clubhouse and wellness center, a resort-styled swimming pool, and a sports garden.

The 2016 Designer Showcase Home Tour of Hope benefiting the Cancer Society of Greenville County will offer exclusive access to the beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom estate which includes more than 9,300 square feet of living space, a separate guest house, pool and outdoor kitchen/grilling area.
Stoneledge Properties invites you to visit and enjoy their latest masterpiece as we build HOPE and improve the lives of local cancer patients and their families. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and all proceeds will benefit the Cancer Society of Greenville County. On Survivor Sundays, current and former cancer patients may tour the Home Tour of Hope free of charge from 1-5 p.m.
The tour will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on October 21-23, October 28-30, and November 4-6.

Three member companies of your Home Builders Association received Pinnacle Awards at the South Carolina annual conference in Hilton Head earlier this month.
Pinnacle Award Honorees:
