Last Friday we spent the day with some of our members at the Clinton House for our Annual Clay Shoot. We had 10 teams who came to enjoy the food, weather, and comradery within our industry. Congratulations to our winners:

It was a great day out on the course..the Clay Course that is. Eight teams participated in the 2015 HBA Clay Tournament at Clinton House Plantation on Thursday, October 8th. A BIG thanks to our presenting sponsor Piedmont Natural Gas, as well as GBS Building Supply our cart sponsor, and Jeff Lynch, PestBan, Kevin Whitaker Chevy, Progress Lighting, and Zuendt Consulting- our stand sponsors. Registration begun at 11:30 with lunch served shortly after, the teams then headed out on the 12 stand course to shoot 100 rounds. Fun was had by all and some really great prizes were awarded too including a 40in Flat screen TV courtesy of Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center, Cabelas gift cards courtesy of the Southern Home and Garden Show, 2 Polo shirts courtesy of Progress Lighting, and three 3-gallon hydrangeas courtesy of MNI Direct. The HBA of Greenville also gave away 3 camping chairs.

HBA of Greenville members will take on members of the Charleston HBA in a Clay Tournament for bragging rights.
- Where: Hermitage Farm, Camden, SC
- When: Friday, April 27, 12 noon
- Cost: $50 per shooter
The clay shoot includes lunch before the tournament. A cocktail hour to facilitate the bragging will follow the clay shoot.
The fee includes course fee, lunch, and the cocktail hour to follow. Shells and cart are not included. The course is walking friendly.
Plan on 2 hours drive time from Greenville to Hermitage Farm. Carpooling arrangements will be made closer to the event.
