Sponsorship of Home Builders Association of Greenville events is a cost-effective, targeted tool for reaching members of the residential building community in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Builder After Hours

A quarterly social event, Builder After Hours is held at the sponsor's place of business. Attendance ranges from 80 to 200. BAH events have included grand openings, receptions and theme parties. HBA assists with event promotion and on-site registration. Sponsor covers costs for the event including food and beverage.

Builder Review

The official publication of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, Builder Review is published monthly and distributed to more than 600 builders, subcontractors, associate members and affiliated organizations. Monthly advertising rates range from $75 to $300. Frequency discounts and agency discounts offered.

Golf Tournament

This annual event hosts more than 140 builder members, associate members and their guests. Additional HBA members and guests join golfers at the conclusion of the tournament for the tournament dinner. Sponsorship opportunities range from $200 to $1000 and include holes and tees, golfer goodie bags, prizes, beverage cart, players and dinner.

Leadership Retreat

This annual training session for present and future HBA board members and committee chairs is an excellent way for your company to confirm its commitment to the association and its long-range goals for the industry. Sponsorship opportunities include meal and social functions, and overall event sponsorship.
Minimum investment: $500.

Monthly Membership Meetings

General membership meetings are held at various locations and average 80 to 100 attendees. Meetings include a business agenda that features brief comments by the meeting sponsor about their products and services. Sponsors also have the opportunity for a product display. Membership meetings and their sponsors are advertised in Builder Review, HBA of Greenville? monthly newsmagazine, and on the HBA website.
Minimum investment: $500.

Southern Home & Garden Show

Produced by the Home Builders Association of Greenville since 1962, this annual four-day event is among the largest consumer shows of its kind in the Southeast. The show averages 325 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors each year. Several sponsorship opportunities are available.
Minimum investment of $750.

Table Top Night

This mini tradeshow is an excellent opportunity to reach a qualified audience in a educational setting. The half-day event includes afternoon sessions featuring industry topics and building code updates, an exhibits session and reception, and dinner.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $200 to $1000.

Year-End Party

This black-tie optional event is the culmination of the year's activities and features the installation of HBA officers and directors for the coming year. Approximately 200 members attend the event, which includes a reception and dinner.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $500 to $1500.
