Builder & Associate Membership - $505

Builder: Any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of SC) in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community or in land development, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

Associate: Any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm/corporation in a trade, industry or profession related to building and not inconsistent with the objectives of this Association, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association.

Affiliate Membership (Company must join as a builder or associate and be in good standing) - $75.00

The HBA of Greenville now offers an Affiliate Membership whereby an individual who is an employee of a company that is a Builder or Associate member in good standing of the HBA of Greenville can join for $75. Affiliate Members also receive memberships in the HBA of SC and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and are eligible to serve on HBA committees.
