Welcome to the Home Builders Association of Greenville, your source for finding the finest builders, remodelers, and home improvement specialists in Greenville, South Carolina. An affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greenville has been the voice for builders, developers, and suppliers to the residential construction industry since 1960. We are proponents of professional, ethical, and best business practices for our industry, and advocates for affordable, quality housing in our community. Our membership includes local and national builders, remodelers, specialty contractors, manufacturers, financial and insurance professionals, realtors, and many others who offer products and services for homeowners and first-time homebuyers.

A membership trade organization, the Home Builders Association of Greenville offers education and training, special events, and community service programs that benefit both its members and area consumers. Since 1962, HBA of Greenville has produced the Southern Home & Garden Show - the largest show of its kind in South Carolina, and among the largest in the Southeast. This annual event is dedicated to providing homeowners in the Upstate region of South Carolina with the latest products, services, and technology available for home building, buying, remodeling, landscaping, gardening, and interior design. Our annual Tour of News Homes - a free, self-guided event billed as "Greenville's Largest Open House" - allows consumers to see the wide range of new homes available in the local market. And our Parade of Homes puts the spotlight on one new community every year, showcasing the craftsmanship of several of our home builders and their many partners, who construct more than 4,000 new homes in our community every year.
